The Gaia Foundation are currently looking to recruit a new Head of Finance, with a passion for their work, to join their small, committed team based in North London.He/she will play a key role in shaping and implementing their financial and accounting strategies, plans and systems.  Ideally they would have broad experience of international NGO work, particularly in the developing world.
