Wilderness Foundation CEO Jo Roberts guested on BBC Radio Essex Breakfast Show last Sunday (23rd August 2009).  Jo was invited to join progamme host Ian Wyatt review the Sunday papers and also talk a little about the work of the Foundation in Essex and further afield.

Jo said:

“It was a really great opportunity for us to profile some of the work that the Foundation has been doing this year.  With the launch of our young women’s leadership programme – Wild Swans – it was particularly good to be able to discuss the coverage in the press this weekend of the part that women have to play in business and industry.”

BBC Essex have been great supporters of the Foundation in the past twelve months – this is our fourth appearance on air since November last year so we are particularly grateful to the team there for keeping our profile high in the county.  Thanks to all concerned.
