Tim’s desire to support the growth of the foundation is fuelled by his belief that people need nature and nature needs people. The two will not survive independently and the growth of the foundation will help ensure that people secure the future of nature and that nature secures the future of society.
Operating at Board level, Tim has over thirty years experience in client & people management roles across a range of market sectors, including hospitality, professional sport, food retail & wholesale, brewing, market research & business information.
With the first twenty plus years focusing on largely business development & team development roles working in SMEs and global organisations, in the UK & internationally, Tim is proud to have contributed to well-known organisations such as The Ritz, Whitbread, Coca-Cola & ACNielsen, as well as smaller organisations.
The last decade has seen Tim focus his attention specifically on supporting people and organisations to develop their skills & behaviours to improve performance. Put simply Tim’s ‘raison d’être’ is ‘to help people be the very best version of themselves that they can be’. To date Tim has fulfilled his passion for people development, primarily through his role as Performance Development Director at PDW Group. More recently in becoming an Ambassador for the Foundation, Tim has begun to pursue his passion for the outdoors and his desire to support people and their development, through connecting them with nature.
